Summit Technologies, Inc. brought together its business development leadership, Capture/Proposal Teams, and corporate representatives for its 2027 Business Development Planning Charette, held October 28–29, 2026. The two-day conference focused on strengthening Summit’s competitive position, identifying priority federal contracting opportunities, and establishing a coordinated strategy for continued growth.
Working in three Capture/Proposal Teams, participants evaluated opportunities across the U.S. Army, Department of the Air Force, Space Force, National Guard, and other federal agencies. Discussions emphasized early customer engagement, strategic partnerships, contract vehicles, joint ventures, and the importance of concentrating corporate resources on opportunities that align with Summit’s capabilities and competitive strengths.
The Charette established the foundation for Summit’s 2027 Business Development Plan and supporting Resource Plan, identifying priority pursuits, resource requirements, and improvements to capture and proposal processes. These efforts reinforce Summit’s commitment to serving federal customers, expanding strategic partnerships, and achieving sustainable business growth.
