Ms. Angela Daniel, a member of Summit's Mission Planning Support Contract (MPSC) Joint Mission Planning Systems (JMPS) team, was recently recognized for her superior performance by the Director of Operations, 85th Test and Evaluation Squadron, 53d Wing. 

An excerpt from Angela's Letter of Appreciation from MAJ Schnurbusch, Director of Operations, reads:

     "Recently, a current combatant command urgent operational need emerged for a new classified capability. Without the ability to mission plan for this new capability, Angela and the team immediately coordinated with the combatant command, air operations center, and Air Combat Command staffs. Navigating complex foreign clearance guide requirements, intense security hurdles, dynamic travel plans and endless friction, she traveled to and modified the mission planning systems for two deployed F-15 squadrons at an undisclosed combat location. Her key expertise building their systems plus post-installment guides and checklists directly resulted in the first-ever combat employment of this new capability within eight days of completion. This flawless attack serves as another example of the role our JMPS team performs enabling unprecedented mission effectiveness & success for all F-15 combat units.
