Kim Yourchisin, Proposal Manager, and John Westbrook, Capture / Program Manager, recently completed the Shipley Business Development Bootcamp – an intensive industry standard training course focused on federal contracting best practices. The shared training experience makes them better equipped to synchronize efforts across our business development pipeline ultimately improving transitions between capture and proposal milestones. What is more, they are now able to anticipate each other’s needs and can provide cross-functional support as rising business development professionals with range.
