Fort Ramon Magsaysay, Palayan City, Philippines, serves as a key location for joint military exercises and training between the U.S. Army and the Philippine Army. Initiatives, such as command and control (C2) Fix, in tandem with exercises, like Salaknib, focus on enhancing interoperability, building partnerships, and improving readiness.
C2 Fix is the U.S. Army's initiative to modernize and streamline command and control (C2) communications, focusing on simplifying network infrastructure and improving network resiliency at the brigade and below levels. It aims to provide lower-echelon units with a more agile, secure, and scalable communications network, enabling them to operate more effectively in contested and congested environments. In addition to C2 Fix White Cell operations, Dell also coordinated logistics and directed the Focus Groups (AARs)across Philippine Army, US Army, and contractor participants.
