In January 2024, Summit was awarded a $40M sole-source bridge for MPSC. The purpose of MPSC is to ensure sustainment infrastructure is established to support all Mission Planning Environments (MPEs) and future JMPS Open Mission Systems deployed environments. MPE sustainment includes configuration management and control, drafting and publishing of technical documentation, system checkout, fielding, supply, maintenance, supplemental training, customer assistance visits, a 24/7 helpline, international sustainment and product familiarization, combined test force support, Mission Planning Central sustainment and management, deployment and management of System Support Representatives to worldwide locations, transition to follow-on MPEs, and sustainment support of all wing/unit level mission planning requirements and related efforts.
